Join DSA’s mentor database!

DSA seniors need career mentors for their Capstone Projects. Can you help?

To help seniors become college and career ready, the Georgia Department of Education requires them to participate in work-based learning and complete a career-related Capstone Project.

As part of the project, seniors must find a mentor to help them learn more about their chosen career area. The mentor must be someone who works in the field or interest area.

DSA is seeking professionals to join our mentoring database for the 2017-18 school year. Can you help? Students must spend at least eight hours with their mentor this June or July to complete the project. This could mean one day of shadowing you in your workplace, or the eight hours could be broken up into smaller chunks.
