What happens when parents and students get the chance to explore the issues kids grapple with online?
Join us on February 6th, 2016 for a Digital Citizenship Day at the DeKalb School of the Arts, Kyle Theatre to discuss issues ranging from Cyberbullying to College Recruitment and Social Media.
We will kick off the program with a one-hour panel discussion to put the voices and experiences of cyber safety experts and teens in our community at the center of the conversation.
We will then break into small groups to discuss the following topics in greater detail:
* Social Media and Body Image
* Sexting & Nude Photos
* Digital Footprints and Photo Sharing
* Privacy, Surveillance, and Self-Disclosure
